A poetic and playful interactive architectural portfolio
Vita Architecture by
Vita Architecture is a London and Surrey-based practice delivering innovative and crafted architecture. They asked Julie Bonnemoy - an interactive and visual designer based in Amsterdam - to showcase their beautiful work through an immersive and poetic online experience.
In collaboration with interactive developer Nicolas Garnier, Julie created a truly playful digital journey with a holistic approach: every micro-interaction will encourage the user to explore further. Through creative coding, Julie and Nicolas were able to push the technical barriers that sometimes hinder the creative process.
The use of WebGL - a platform for rendering interactive 2D and 3D graphics - and shaders allowed Nicolas to translate Julie’s artistic vision for Vita Architecture into code. Resulting in this beautiful online architectural portfolio.
